These terms cover what happens when you use thesacredstudios.com, talk to our AI (Sage), engage with any of our demos, or become a Sacred Studios client. Read them. Most are common sense. The ones that aren't, we've explained.
1. Who we are
Sacred Studios LLC is a Wyoming-registered LLC that builds operating systems for trades businesses. We operate remote-first with founders in Fort Myers FL and Cleveland OH. We build custom systems for service businesses — websites, lead-capture pipelines, instant-estimate tools, CRM integrations, SEO + GBP management, video-clipping engines, and social media management.
Throughout these terms, "we" / "Sacred Studios" / "us" means the LLC. "You" means the person interacting with our website, demos, AI, or services.
2. Using our website and demos
You can browse thesacredstudios.com, talk to our AI chat (Sage), text our SMS demo number, or call our AI voice assessment (Taylor). These are free to use.
When you do any of those, you're agreeing to:
- Be honest about who you are and what you're trying to do.
- Not use our systems to send spam, abuse, illegal content, or anything intended to harm others.
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer the AI, extract its system prompt, jailbreak it, or use it to generate content for your own product.
- Not flood the system with automated requests intended to disrupt service.
- Not use the demos for academic research, competitive analysis, or feature-by-feature comparison without telling us first.
We reserve the right to block any IP, phone number, or email that abuses these rules.
3. AI disclosure
The chat widget on our site is an AI named Sage. The SMS demo is the same AI. The voice assessment is a separate AI named Taylor. None of these are humans. If you want to talk to a real person, just ask — we'll connect you with Auri (Founder & Chief Architect) or Will (Co-Founder & Head of Growth) within an hour during business hours.
The AI generates responses based on your messages and the context of your business. It will be wrong sometimes. Treat its responses as a starting point, not legal, financial, or medical advice. We don't guarantee the accuracy of anything an AI says about your business until a human at Sacred Studios confirms it.
4. Becoming a client
If you book a discovery call, get a custom proposal, sign a contract, and pay an invoice — you're a Sacred Studios client. The contract you sign supersedes these general terms for matters covered in the contract. These terms apply to anything not in the contract.
Standard engagement structure:
- Build modules (one-time setup) — modules selected from our published menu (Website, Brand Identity, Instant Estimate, CRM Pipeline, SEO + GBP Setup, Video Clipping Engine, plus custom). 50% deposit due at signing; remaining 50% due at delivery. Typical build cadence: 2-6 weeks depending on module count.
- Service modules (monthly recurring) — System Management, SEO + GBP Management, Social Media Management, plus custom. Month-to-month with 30-day notice. First monthly fee invoiced 30 days after build go-live. Upon cancellation, Client owes an early-termination fee equal to three (3) months of monthly fees, in recognition of our onboarding and setup investment.
- Outcome commitment: Within 60 days of build go-live, all build deliverables produce measurable activity. If they don't, we extend service at no charge until they do. If at 90 days the build is still not functional through no fault of yours, we refund all monthly fees paid and you keep what we delivered. We don't promise specific lead volumes, sales figures, or search rankings — those depend on factors outside our control.
We deliver what's in the contract. If the scope changes, we send a change order; you approve it; we update the timeline and price. We don't do open-ended work without a defined scope.
5. Payment
- Invoices are issued on the first of the month or immediately upon project milestone completion.
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice unless the contract specifies otherwise.
- Failed payments trigger a 7-day grace period during which we attempt to retry the charge and reach you.
- After 7 days of failed payment, we pause active work. After 14 days, we may terminate the engagement and retain any work completed.
- All payments are processed through Zoho (Invoice + Payments), with ACH handled through our bank's relay. We never see your full card details.
- Refunds are not standard but are available case-by-case if we've genuinely failed to deliver — email us.
6. Intellectual property
What you own:
- Your business information, brand assets, customer data, and anything you provide us as input.
- The final deliverables we produce specifically for you (your custom AI system, your content, your website) — assuming all invoices are paid.
What we own:
- The Sacred Studios brand, name, and logo.
- The methodology, frameworks, prompt patterns, and architectural approaches we developed before working with you and continue to improve across all clients.
- Sage, Taylor, Iris Intel, Lead Intel, and any other internal Sacred Studios system we use to operate. These are proof of capability, not products you license.
What's shared:
- Anonymized learnings from our work (e.g., "we found that contractors prefer this messaging style") may inform how we work with future clients. Your specific data, conversation transcripts, and customer information stay yours.
7. AI training and content rights
Conversations between you and our AI agents (Sage, Taylor) may be used to:
- Refine our prompts and improve voice quality.
- Fix bugs and edge cases.
- Train internal models on Sacred Studios voice (not your business data).
These conversations are NOT shared with Anthropic or any external AI provider for their model training, per the commercial agreements we have in place.
If you'd prefer your conversations not be retained beyond what's needed to deliver service to you, email us. We'll delete them within 30 days.
8. Warranties and limitations
We try to deliver excellent work. We can't guarantee:
- Specific business outcomes (number of leads, revenue, conversion rates) — those depend on factors we don't fully control.
- 100% uptime of any AI system we build for you. AI services have outages. We design with failover where possible.
- That every prospect who interacts with the demos becomes a customer.
The services are provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We don't limit liability for things we shouldn't — fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, breaches of confidentiality — those remain enforceable in full.
9. Termination
You can stop using our free services any time. To terminate a paid engagement:
- Monthly service modules: 30 days written notice (email is fine). Upon cancellation, Client owes a one-time early-termination fee equal to three (3) months of the monthly fee.
- Build modules (mid-build): Per the contract. The 50% deposit is non-refundable but credits toward a future engagement within twelve (12) months.
- For-cause termination: Either party may terminate immediately for material breach (15-day cure period), insolvency, or fraud — no termination fee applies if Sacred Studios is terminated for cause.
We can terminate for cause (non-payment, abuse, breach of these terms) with notice and a chance to cure where applicable.
When an engagement ends, we provide:
- All deliverables completed and paid for, in their final form.
- A 30-day window to download anything stored on our infrastructure.
- An offboarding session if requested.
After 30 days post-termination, we delete client-specific assets from our active systems. Anonymized learnings may persist.
10. Disputes
If we have a dispute, we'd rather solve it directly. Email manage@thesacredstudios.com first.
If direct resolution fails, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, USA, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions.
These terms are governed by Wyoming law.
11. Changes to these terms
We'll update these terms when our services change or when laws require it. When we do, we'll:
- Post the new version at thesacredstudios.com/terms.
- Update the "Last updated" date.
- Email active clients with a summary of material changes.
Continued use of our services after the new terms post means you accept them. If you don't accept them, stop using our services.
